cancellation policy

Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. We value our clients' time, and in order to serve our clients best, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

After booking your appointment, you will be requested to pay a deposit of $100. This deposit will be used for your cleaning services.

We kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours before your agreed appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment for the cleaning services. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for the services. We will refund your deposit or push it forward for the rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.
